Our BBQ seitan is crafted from wheat-based plant protein, made with our homemade BBQ sauce. Enjoy it in a sandwich, taco, or even a bowl—let your imagination be your guide!
In a skillet: Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add a drizzle of canola oil. Cook covered with a splash of water for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring regularly.
In the microwave: Cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently. Do not overcook.
In a skillet: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of canola oil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
On the BBQ: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator. Heat to 400°F. Skewer the seitan pieces with your favorite vegetables, lightly coated with oil, and grill for about 10 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through cooking.
